According to the structure, the polyurethane DNI wheel can be divided into driving wheel, load bearing wheel, balance wheel, press on tyre, guide wheel and heavy casters. Besides, the drive wheel is divided into flange drive wheel and keyway drive wheel. Each polyurethane wheel has different requirements for polyurethane material characteristics according to different uses.

We choose NDI polyurethane as the raw material of tread, and through formula design, establish a complete polyurethane system for material handling industry, including high-bearing polyurethane series, high-speed polyurethane series, high friction coefficient polyurethane series, low-temperature polyurethane series and anti-static series. On the basis of determining the properties of polyurethane materials, using the finite element analysis method, the polyurethane wheel most suitable for customer needs is designed to achieve the best reliability and durability.

 NDI polyurethane materials exhibit a symmetrical distribution of molecular structure, with optimal mechanical and dynamic properties, including wear resistance, heat resistance and ultra-low compression properties. The durability reliability of our polyurethane forklift wheel is mainly reflected in the following points:
