Manufacturing Process of Polyurethane Stacker Wheels

The effect of polyurethane wheel is excellent, but the material should be strictly selected and processed according to the correct process in the production process.

The main process flow of polyurethane coating is that the casting polyurethane is composed of two liquid polymer compounds.

One is prepolymer, and the other is curing agent. The two liquid polymer compounds are fully stirred by manual or mechanical methods, and then injected into the corresponding special mold. After sulfur curing, the desired runner shape can be obtained.

According to the chemical composition of the prepolymer, polyurethane elastomers are mainly divided into polyester type and polyether type, and the polyurethane coated on the outer ring of various mechanical wheels is usually polyurethane elastomer.
