Vulkollan is a brand known for its high property polyurethane (PU) wheels and tires, these wheels are renowned for their exceptional durability, low rolling resistance, and excellent abrasion resistance.
The importance of wheels material is no less than the the wheel design itself, Philson offers a large range of different hardness (90-98 shore A) of vulkollan coating wheels that can then be grooved or chamfered profile to meet the tire use needs. The following are some specific application:

Unlike others we only offer polyurethane directly bonded straight to the wheel itself making sure a high quality bond is achieved between the metal and the tyre. You often come across trolley wheels that are glued on to a plastic hub that over time or in a stressful environment can fail. Our wheels will outlast and outperform most if not all others.
Bespoke Wheels to Meet Your Exact Specifications
We can supply the actual cast iron/aluminum wheel with PU coated or you can provide that for us – either way the wheel will be customized to your requirements and manufactured with the appropriate properties and hardness. Please consult our sales staff for more advice.
