Heavy duty DRSA 500 travelling wheel block is an important part of intelligent car RGV car travelling wheel box, it is mainly composed of deceleration motor, lower beam, active travelling wheel set, passive travelling wheel set, lower beam guide wheel, and buffer and other parts.

Our drive wheel system is a versatile travel wheel system that is fully integrated into our modular drive system. Eight finely graded sizes with a load capacity of up to 40 tons per wheel provide the right wheel for every application.

The 500 wheel can be adapted to almost all walking tracks and operating systems. Complete walking unit with precisely matched gear motors in a modular drive system, with high stiffness thanks to special stiffeners, horizontal guide roll arrangements and (optional) buffers of various sizes and designs.

Installation

One of the distinguishing features of the Philson smart travel wheel is the pre-mounted surface, which provides substantial convenience for many mounting arrangements.There are 4 common installation methods：top mounted with bolts ，end mounted with welded structures, single mounted for hollow structures and shaft pin mounted for beam mounting.
